About unmould services
See how we inspect, identify hidden moisture, and remove mould properly — not just clean what is visible.
Hidden moisture
Mould removal
Mould doesn't wait — and neither should you
Mould can begin spreading into surrounding materials within 24–48 hours of moisture exposure. What looks like a surface problem is often hiding deeper inside walls, ceiling cavities, and subfloor. The longer it's left, the more it costs to fix — and the more it affects your family's health.
A $385 inspection this week could save you thousands in structural repairs down the track — and give you peace of mind knowing exactly what you're dealing with.

Sprays cover it up.
We get rid of it — for good.
DIY sprays, national franchises, and general cleaners treat the surface. They don't find where the moisture is coming from — so it keeps coming back. We fix the source, not just the symptom.

Why Act This Week
The longer you wait, the more it costs
Mould can begin spreading into surrounding materials within 24–48 hours of moisture exposure. What's salvageable this week may not be next month. Acting now protects your health, keeps your repair bill down, and means more materials can be saved rather than replaced.
Mould spores affect air quality — children and those with asthma or allergies are most at risk.
Untreated mould can affect the structural integrity of walls and ceilings — and buyer confidence.
Early detection means less material needs replacing. A $385 inspection now can prevent thousands later.
Common Questions
Everything you need to know
How much does a mould inspection cost? +
Our inspection is a flat $385 — that covers the call-out, full in-home inspection using humidity sensors and thermal imaging, and a written report with your treatment options. No hidden fees, no obligation to proceed.
What does the inspection involve? +
We attend your property (approx. 1 hour), map humidity levels throughout the home, visually inspect all affected areas, identify the moisture source, and hand you a written report with recommended next steps.
Will the mould come back after treatment? +
Not if the moisture source is fixed. That's why we identify and document the cause during inspection. Our prevention fogging adds an extra layer of protection — mould needs moisture to grow, so we address both.
What's the difference between natural and traditional treatment? +
Our natural treatment uses plant-based solutions safe for young children, pets, and sensitive households. Traditional treatment uses industry-standard biocides for heavier infestations. We'll recommend the right option after the inspection.
Can't I just use a spray from the hardware store? +
Surface sprays kill visible mould but don't reach inside walls or address the moisture source — so it grows back. Our process removes the affected material and treats the source, so you're not fighting it again in three months.
How disruptive is the treatment process? +
Minimal. Most inspections take about an hour. Remediation work is scoped and agreed with you before we start — you'll know exactly what's involved, how long it takes, and what access is needed.
What happens after treatment is complete? +
We provide a post-remediation written report confirming the work done. Prevention fogging is applied as the final step. We're also available to answer any follow-up questions — we're local and we stand behind our work.
